Dave Grohl launches scathing attack on Paris Hilton

ROCK'S nice man Dave Grohl has launched a scathing attack on partying Paris Hilton calling her a "disgusting, rich, lazy party s...".

Britain's The Sun newspaper reports one mention of the name Paris Hilton sends the Foo Fighters frontman utterly ballistic.

Dave rages: "Paris is f***ing lame."

And, warming to his theme, he continues: "She's more offensive to me than anything.

"She's a total, raging, disgusting, rich, lazy party s.... I pray that my daughter will not turn out like her."

Grohl's attack came after another heavy night out partying in LA yesterday. See the amazing pictures here

Out until dawn, the heiress was again worse for wear - falling over leaving a club and even trying to climb over a gate to get into an unknown Beverley Hills property at 3am.

She was also snapped earlier that night with another possible new love interest.

Dave and Paris fell out in spectacular style after meeting in a restaurant years ago, when Dave claims that the pampered heiress put on "the full princess attitude with the nose in the air".

Late-Night Lessons from Paula, Mel B and Paris

Melanie Brown

Is Scary Spice suddenly afraid of stage diving?

Less than two weeks ago, Mel B (aka Scary Spice) told me she was looking forward to doing some stage diving during the upcoming Spice Girls reunion tour. But just last night, she admitted to having second thoughts.

"I'm in rehearsals and not quite sure about it now," she said at last night's DirecTV 100 HD post-Emmy bash in West Hollywood.

So, have Mel and her new husband, Stephen Belafonte, been hanging with Posh Spice and her hubby, David Beckham, now that they're all based in Los Angeles? "We hang out loads at our houses, but tonight I'm going home," Mel said. (FYI: The Beckhams were spotted earlier in the evening at Justin Timberlake's concert at the Staples Center.)

Here's what else we learned last night, after the big show:

Paris Hilton, DJ AM

Some Girls Never Change:  While Paris Hilton claims she'll now use her fame and fortune to better the world, she was back to her old ways last night, hogging the spotlight and making a spectacle of herself. The former princess-in-the-pokey not only hit the dance floor at DirecTV to show off her dance moves, she also climbed into the deejay booth to chat with Nicole Richie's ex-fiancé, DJ AM.

I'm hearing Hilton may be hosting at least one of two possible baby showers for Richie. Asked about plans to celebrate the mommy-to-be, Hilton simply said, "It's a surprise." (For more scoop on Ms. Hilton and her latest possible boy-toy, Adrian Grenier, check out Watch with Kristin.)

Reichen Has a Posse:  Also at DirecTV, Lance Bass's ex, Reichen Lehmkuhl and his boyfriend, Ryan Barry, hanging with an eye-candy gaggle of good-looking guys.

Kids and Paparazzi Don't Mix:  Funnyguy Wayne Brady's date for the night was his four-and-half-year-old daughter, Maile. But she's no ham like her daddy. I'm told she spent most of their time on the red carpet with her hands over her face, because she didn't like that pesky screamin' press corps.

Paula Won't Listen:  Earlier in the weekend, Paula Abdul made off like a bandit at GBK Productions' gifting suite at the Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel. I don't think Ms. Abdul has ever met a freebie she declined.

The American Idol judge swept through the lounge, picking up things like a George Foreman grill, a Juiceman machine, free trips from Azul Hotels, a yearlong membership to Crunch gyms and even a temperature-controlled dog carrier from Komfort Pets.

And Abdul wasn't making everyone happy at the Kari Feinstein Style Lounge. She was still getting her eyebrows done by Billion Dollar Brows when the lounge started to close for the day. But Abdul insisted that the deejay keep the music on, a source reports. "The deejay started mixing [onetime Abdul hit] 'Cold-Hearted Snake' into all the songs he played," the source reports.

The Man Was Thirsty:  And speaking of freebies, yes, that was a bottle of VeeV, a spirit made from the Brazilian fruit açaí, in Jeremy Piven's hand after he picked up his Emmy. While walking through the press area after his win, he tasted some of the eco-friendly liquor—and took a bottle with him.

Paris Hilton Steps in a Puddle of AIDS

I bet half of you thought the title was "Paris Hilton IS a Puddle of AIDS."

Paris Hilton did not attend her Sex Education classes in high school. I know this because 1. She caught Herpes, and 2. She thinks she can get AIDS from a puddle.

After Paris left hot spot Les Deux, TMZ caught her being pushed into a puddle by the crowds. Someone screamed, "You stepped in sewer pee!" and Paris exclaimed, "Oh my God, I have, like, AIDS!"

Adrian Grenier: I'm Not Dating Paris Hilton

After weeks of rumour and speculation over the nature of their relationship, Paris Hilton's regular party pal Adrian Grenier has spoken out to insist that the pair are not dating.

Although, that's not to say he isn't open to the possibility!

E! Online caught up with the Entourage actor at last night's starry HBO bash in Hollywood:

"I think she's absolutely wonderful," said Adrian when asked about Paris.  "I really like her, genuinely. So, there's that. Just genuine human-to-human appreciation. But she also has a very unique experience that I'm curious about.

"It's an experience she's been intertwined with for many years. Well beyond the many years I've had to experience this sort of celebrity situation. So, you know, we're sort of helping each other out. We're sort of mutual mentors."

When asked for the definite word on whether they are dating, Adrian said, "We're not. We're just friends.

"But," he added slyly, "there's always a world of possibility!"

One thing Susan Sarandon and Paris Hilton share in common: Doggie dress-up

In the best piece of celebrity dog gossip to hit the Lower Hudson Valley since Vanessa Williams' pooch went missing last spring, the word is out that Susan Sarandon's dog has a starring role in her new comedy, "Mr. Woodcock."

According to ContactMusic, the Pound Ridge resident always takes Penny the puppy with her on set. And while filming this movie with Billy Bob Thornton, the costume designers decided to dress up the dog just like her beauty queen character. Here's how Sarandon summed it all up.

They did a really sweet thing. I had brought my little dog, who's just a mutty dog and they made her a prom dress just like mine. … She wore it to my son Jack's pre-prom junior year dance, last May (07). It had little rhinestones and was made from the same material as my outfit in the film.

I'm now starting a scrap book with my dog with all of these pictures on different sets because it's pretty funny.

Note to Tim Robbins: Lest you want Jack to get his ass whooped at Senior prom, you best advise him to leave the dog at home.

Dave Grohl slams Paris Hilton

Fresh from unveiling his contempt for Courtney Love, Dave Grohl has now criticized party girl Paris Hilton, labelling her "a total raging, disgusting, rich, lazy party slut."

The Foo Fighters frontman reportedly also told London's The Sun newspaper: "Paris is f--king lame."

Grohl and Hilton reportedly fell out after meeting in a restaurant years ago, when the singer claims the millionaire heiress put on "the full princess attitude with the nose in the air."

Consequently, he concluded: "I pray that my daughter will not turn out like her."

Paris Hilton is now richer than God

scary.pngJust when you thought you had FINALLY ditched that very unhealthy hate of Paris Hilton, along comes this little news item:

Paris Hilton has finally been allowed her $120,000,000 (£60 million) inheritance money.

The hotel heiress received the lump sum from her grandfather who's said to be impressed by her business acumen.

William Barron Hilton who turns 80 next month - had previously withheld the fortune because he wanted to be sure Paris, 26, was 'mature' enough to handle the money.

But now it seems he's more than happy to part with his millions and trusts that Paris will be sensible with it.

Paris was seen see out celebrating the news by ordering champagne and partying into the night with friends Dave Navarro, 40, and Kevin Zegers, 22.

>>blank stare<<

Apparently, her grandfather has advanced dementia, because anyone who thinks that Paris Hilton is going to be "sensible" and "mature" with ANYTHING other than, say, a Q-Tip (and even THAT's negotiable) has got to have some kind of mental failing. Oh, well - we know that since prison Paris has turned over a whole new leaf, right? So this money will be going to fund widows and orphans, right? Something like that?

I know. I just had to throw that out there, though.

Paris Hilton will never trust a man.

The 26-year-old socialite insists her opinion of men has been wrecked forever by ex-boyfriend Rick Solomon, who leaked a video of the couple having sex onto the internet.

She said: "I dated Rick for a couple of years and then we didn't see each other for a while after that. He betrayed me. Basically, I can never trust a man again."

The tape of Paris and Rick having sex emerged in 2003, three years after it had been recorded and just weeks before Paris' reality TV show 'The Simple Life' premiered on US TV.

In 2004, it was released as an adult DVD, entitled 'One Night In Paris', and is now one of the biggest selling X-rated films of all time.

Paris sued Rick over the leak, and the pair settled out of court in 2005.

Since separating from Rick, Paris has since been engaged to both fashion model Jason Shaw and Greek shipping heir Paris Latsis.

The hotel heiress has also been linked to a string of other men including her close friend Brandon Davis and British singer James Blunt.

Last weekend, Paris was seen getting up close and personal with rapper 50 Cent at Las Vegas' Hard Rock Hotel and Casino.

Vanessa Hudgens photo will make her millions, just like Paris Hilton’s tape

The leaked photo of High School Musical star Vanessa Hudgens might not have been planned (if it was, well done) but it is the photo that is going to make her millions claims a high-profile television executive.

There are many big names in the entertainment industry that have predicted that Vanessa Hudgens fame has been sent flying, just like Paris Hilton's tape that was supposedly leaked.

Paris Hilton

It just seems that if an ex-boyfriend leaks a photo or tape of these fine ladies, then they are made massively famous (this could become more often if you get what I mean).

However the picture of Vanessa Hudgens got leaked, she is set now to earn a ton of money out of it with TV appearances, shows and professional fashion endorsements.

It happened to Paris Hilton and now Vanessa Hudgens has become a household name.

I swore at Paris Hilton

HERE IN SAN FRAN we had an interesting first day and it hasn't even really started yet.

There are many, many more people at IDF than I have seen since the halcyon Palm Springs days. Intel must be doing well.

Over here at the Hilton we've had a few frights and false alarums and oddly Spanish TV seems a lot more interesting than CNN and Fox News.

Rupert Goodwins, who used to write an interesting diary about IDF that now, sadly, is a bog instead, said that he failed to buy what he wanted three times yesterday. He couldn't find any new shirts, new headphones or MP3 recorders. He is staying at the Marriott which is being rebuilt from the inside out, although oddly the bar staff seem to remember both him and me.

An Intel guy said he got an apology for the screw up no, not the rebuilding of the Marriott from inside out, but for not supplying half and half with his complementary coffee that comes with his gold status.

It's a seven minute walk here from the Hilton to the Marriott and I had burgers for breakfast, for lunch and for supper. I had to look after an Intel spinner because she walked directly through Tenderloin and she was wearing high heels while I just limped and looked vaguely menacing, which always does the trick here in old San Fran.

If you hand out a tab or two, they seem grateful, because a packet of fags here costs $4.20, while in London the same product costs six quids, which buys you three cartons in Beijing and even in Old Taipei you can get a carton of 10 packets for one packet in London. It is called "copy exact", Intel explained to me.

I talked to my wife. She said: "So what did you buy today, Mikey?"

I went into grumpy old man mode and said I failed spectacularly to buy Bausch and Lomb contact lenses, but was very successful getting a purchase on cat flea products. These, you can buy off the shelf here in America and in Spain for that matter, but in the UK they cost you an arm and a leg, because the vets say you have to bring the cats in individually and severally at fifty squids a head, before they even consider issuing one prescription at seventy squids a head.

Decided to buy my contacts off the Interwibble

Hilton Says No to 'Four Blonde Babies'

Socialite Paris Hilton has dismissed reports she is planning to adopt four blonde babies, branding the rumors "retarded."

"The Simple Life" star was allegedly planning to adopt the children with sexy "Entourage" star Adrian Grenier -- but Hilton insists the actor is "just a friend."

She tells People.com, "Someone just said that I'm adopting four blonde babies. That's retarded. No, I'm not.

"(Grenier and I are) totally just friends. We met a couple years ago and we've stayed friends. He's been like kind of a mentor to me, teaching me about the environment and what I can do.

"I think it's cool to talk to someone in Los Angeles who has more to talk about than all this artificial crap people talk about. It's nice to talk to someone who's real."

Will Britney Spears pay to keep her kids?

It looks like Britney Spears may be willing to pay a steep price to have her kids in her life, according to the News of the World.

Following Britney's well-publicized meeting with ex-hubby Kevin Federline and his lawyers last week, a friend of the singer discussed Brit's state of mind and her custodial tactics with the publication.

"She is a caring, devoted (mom), despite her crazy lifestyle," Brit's pal told the paper. "The kids mean the world to her. However, she has finally come to terms with the fact that the way things are heading, she is going to lose them. She is absolutely petrified at that thought ― and she knows she will not win full custody. So she has decided to reach a compromise with Kevin where she will have (primary) custody."

Three generations need to act their age

Just as Howard Beale, the frazzled TV newscaster in the movie "Network," once proclaimed "I'm as mad as hell, and I'm not going to take this anymore," I have to say that I am intolerably sick of my generation's culture and lack of motivation.

I can't take it anymore. It's not that I am in the least anyone special, just a 20-year-old beginning my second year of college. The culture of my generation is engraved in me as well. But I've had it, and I know that others have, too.

After sitting down and talking with my 89-year-old great-grandmother, I've realized what our society lacks today, the reason we are put on Earth, and how we are supposed to make our everyday decisions: morals.

Kids these days -- I am allowed to say kids because I am one -- have absolutely no integrity, no respect, no morals. They are not all to blame for this, as their parents are major factors.

Our generation's parents didn't have much growing up. They were taught to work for what they wanted, that parents were not their friends, and that nothing will ever get handed to them. They hit life head-on, earned the big bucks, and then had kids.

This is where the problem started.

They resented having to do everything on their own and not having a friendly relationship with their parents. So, for their own children, they thought, "I'll just help them out a little."

The "little" help that they decided on was a brand-new car for their child's 16th birthday, contesting teachers who gave their children anything less than a fit grade, and waiting in line for days just so their 9-year-old could have the newest videogame system before their friends' kids got one.

Any child analyzing a parent like this would assume they were great, but this is where the problem lies. This is where the lack of motivation creeps in, where living with Mom and Dad until our late 20s seems normal, and where every parent is secretly at war over whose kid has more stuff.

Media also play a major role, as every channel is somehow displaying premarital sex, foul language, drug and alcohol use, or Paris Hilton. Honestly, who cares about Paris Hilton? How many Pussycat Dolls are there really? What the hell are Bratz dolls?

I have a theory that these three things combined with a few others have created a mega-generation in not only teens, but tweens, that are entirely stuck on themselves. I cannot recall how many times I have walked into Abercrombie and have seen moms picking out thongs for their 11-year-old daughters, or have gone to a movie where 13-year-old boys are sharing a fifth and talking crap to elders.

Even my generation is sickened by this new era in tweens. Why do they want to look and act as if they're 20-year-olds? Most of them look older than me. When I was 10, I was shopping at Limited Too and wearing Keds.

Enjoy your youth, enjoy not having responsibility, and enjoy being a kid.

With Barbie out, and hoochies in, the younger generation has no one to look up to -- except my generation, which is busy doing nothing, or looking up people on Facebook.

I know that everyone has been secretly aware of all of this for a couple of years now but is afraid to mention it.

Parents: Demonstrate a steady work ethic so that your teens will follow. Try not to be so buddy-buddy; we need parents, not more friends.

Teens: Don't become a boomerang kid. Get motivated; real life is coming fast.

Tweens: Take off the makeup, put down the beer, and be a kid.

If these three generations could combine for the good -- and stop caring about Paris Hilton -- maybe things could actually go back to being normal again.
